1. I acknowledge that as an IDCI Brand ambassador SMA, I am not guaranteed any income nor am I assured any profits or success, I certify that no claims of guaranteed profits or representations of expected earnings that might result from my efforts. I will be paid only based on successful, enrolled students 6 weeks after the student start date and with a 30 days student attendance verified and approved by the college.

2. I acknowledge that as an independent contractor, I am not entitled to holidays, vacations, disability, insurance, pensions or retirement plans, or any other benefits offered or provided by IDCI Inc. or any other IDCI Inc. Company to its employees. I understand that I am solely responsible for remitting my own personal taxes based on the income, I made with IDCI.

3. I understand that I am allowed to create my own personal social media account such as Face book Account, FB Page and FB Messenger, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Linked and much more. But, I am not allowed to create a personal account using IDCI / I Dream Canada International Inc. / I Dream / IDCI Inc. / I Dream Canada International name and IDCI Logo. I am only allowed to post information, poster provided by IDCI.

4. I agree and understand that in the event that I did not follow all the terms and conditions written on this contract. These contracts will automatically be terminated without prior notice and all upcoming commissions will be forfeited.
